Guess Who's back?!

In case you haven't heard, and since it's about the NHL I'm sure you haven't, Peter Forsberg is back! Sources in Denver say that Peter Forsberg will play in his first game in his long awaited return to the Colorado Avalanche tonight in Columbus. I know this is a minor event in the grand scheme of things, but this could be the best case to prove that Forsberg is, and always has been, the most dominant force in the NHL. The Avalanche sit in second to last place in the west despite having a winning record. FoPa will provide the veteran leadership that these young players on the Avalanche need to get back in the playoffs. Now all they need is Joe Sakic, Claude Lemieux, and Valeri Kamensky and they can completely rehash the 1996 Stanley Cup team. Look for Colorado to make a huge playoff push even though it will most likely trade veteran Milan Hejduk.
